The head of state paid special attention to the development of green energy in our country. For this reason, in recent years, large-scale projects for the construction of solar and wind power plants have been implemented in our republic.

For example, projects carried out in collaboration with leading companies in this field such as Acwa Power, and Masdar are of great value. As part of these projects, wind, solar power plants and energy storage systems will be built in Samarkand, Tashkent, Bukhara and Navoi regions.

The construction work is planned to be carried out by the Indian construction company L&T Construction.

The Uzeltechsanoat Association is carrying out several works to supply products needed for these projects from local enterprises.

In particular, negotiations are underway to establish cooperative relations between L&T Construction and local cable companies for the supply of cable products for solar and wind power plants.

For this purpose, specialists of the Association, together with representatives of the management of L&T Construction, visited the Procab enterprise. The main purpose of the visit was to become familiar with the production activities of the enterprise, to become familiar with the quality and range of products.

Representatives of the foreign company noted that they would separately study cable products and proposals for cooperation produced at the Procab plant.

Representatives of the association and L&T Construction officials plan to visit several other local cable enterprises.

Based on the results of research and negotiations, the supply of cable products for solar and wind power plants being built in our country will be arranged by local enterprises. This will have a positive impact on the development of cooperative ties, maintaining the import balance and, of course, the activities of local enterprises.
