China is one of the most important international partners for the electrical industry of Uzbekistan. The creation of new production lines in this country is among the long-term plans of the Uzeltechsanoat Association.

Currently, staff from the association’s international relations department are located in the Chinese state. At the beginning of the visit, a meeting was held with representatives of the management of the Chinese industrial park Suzhou.

In particular, negotiations were held with Lisa Chen, deputy director of the Suzhou Industrial Park Council for investment issues. At it, our representatives presented information about the activities of the Association, the current state of the country’s electrical industry, as well as the advantages and opportunities created by the state.

During the negotiations, a proposal was also made to create a joint venture between the industrial park and the Association for the production of new modern electronics in our country.

In addition, information was presented on the benefits of investing in the field of electronics, electronic components and modern technologies in our country.

At the same time, during the visit, the history and activities of the Suzhou Industrial Park were carefully studied.

Meetings were also organized on the topic of cooperation with Andrey Znoska, sales manager of JinkoSolar in Central Asia, and Yiting Liu, representative of Hangzhou Xieneng Tech.

Suzhou Industrial Park was founded in 1994 and covers an area of 278 square meters. km. The industrial park is home to 2,489 Chinese manufacturers of high-tech products.

The industrial park is a leader in the production of new types of nanomaterials, biotechnologies and high-tech medical equipment. In 2022, the gross domestic product of Suzhou Industrial Park was US$48.4 billion.

From 2016 to 2022, the industrial park won the national competition of economic development zones in China 7 times in a row.

The visit of representatives of the Association to China will continue. During the visit, it is planned to hold meetings on cooperation and attracting investments with many other companies and organizations.
