According to a study by the Stockholm International Institute (SIPRI), EDGE Group of the United Arab Emirates is ranked as the 22nd largest defence and engineering technology company in the world.

As part of the visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan of the delegation led by the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates, Suhail Al Mazrui, Business Development Director of the Earth branch of the EDGE Group, Hazzaa Al Abduli, visited the Uzeltechsanoat association.

Our representatives, led by Deputy Chairman of the Association Jahongir Jamalov, held negotiations with foreign guests on cooperation issues.

The key topic of the negotiations was the implementation of new joint projects in the field of microelectronics, in particular semiconductors. At the same time, existing topics of promising cooperation were also discussed.

The representative of the foreign company was also provided with information about the investment attractiveness of the country’s electrical industry, the opportunities created by the government and the dynamics of the growth potential of the industry.

EDGE Group, founded in 2019, today includes more than 25 enterprises and organizations. Exporting its products to more than 30 countries, the company’s revenue in 2022 amounted to 5.6 billion US dollars.
